Refurbished phone looked great and charged first time but then charging port stopped working. Tried multiple chargers without success and returned the phone.

Face recognition and fingerprint wasn't used due to it being for my daughter (6) and I require full access to it as she is so young. I got it for snapchat to video call and send pics while I'm at work, that works decent. The phone (galaxy note 10) runs a bit slow but that's expected for the age. Worth the purchase without a doubt. Only 4 stars because the package wasn't very safe unlike it is directly from Samsung or a carrier. The screen also shattered after one drop but I believe that was her fault and not the company, worth the mention. I will buy from the company again if I am in need of a phone and I trust this company. ... show more

Problem I had with this is that one camera is smudged with streaks inside the lens. Maybe the lens was removed but not cleaned well. Also phone seemed a little dirty in the cracks. Other than that, was a lifesaver after I dropped my old phone in the tub.

I bought my Note 9 refurbished from Amazon 5 years ago and just picked up the Note 10 refurbished phone and so far it looks and performs like new. I'm way behind on the latest phones but that's okay.
