I'm loving these! I previously had a black gloss pair. However, my son dropped right one into my drink and put the left in his mouth. Lol SOOOOOO i finally got to buy another pair. These are great for my ears, I can never really use the ones with the weird silicone ball because they never stay in my ear BUT THESE DO. love the sound as well. They connect to my galaxy s24 perfectly. Less than a minute. I however did not like the packaging it looked kind of beat up it could have came defective depending on how messed up the packaging was. I uploaded pictures but these are awesome I don't understand why it go any bad reviews. Just get your refund back if they don't work lol ... show more

    • They fit, no moving in ear, no sound seal break
So after searching for a very long time I finally decided to bite the bullet and give these a try, figured id give them to the wife if they dont fit well and worst case scenario just return them. After trying them out, the wife will not be receiving them as they fit amazingly well, though now she wants her own so back to cart check out I go lol. I was pissed at first as the volume was extremely low out of case and no instructions on volume control in the box, so I figured there was no way to turn them up on the buds themselves. I googled it and sure enough the volume up and down is kind of hidden in the wear app. Once I went to touch controls and changed the touch and hold button to "volume down" and held the right bud the volume went up.... A LOT! so be careful not to have the phone volume up when adjusting for the first time. I feel like there might be a lot of people who just didnt search enough to find the volume and just returned the buds, so I dont know why Samsung wouldn't include this in the instructions leaflet. Either way I'm extremely pleased with these as the bass and sound quality are fantastic and most importantly they stay in place, even if you yawn or you're eating and your jaw moves your ears slightly. Every other earbud I've tried breaks the seal between bud and ear if I yawn or eat with them in, requiring me to lightly push them back in.     • Patience, find the sweet spot
After some research and wasting money on cheaper options I am mad at myself for not getting these sooner. These are the best, comfortable, great sound quality with music, movies, and phone, battery life on buds and case I'd better than expected. I have big ears and my wife has tiny ears and we both enjoy them. The biggest thing is to find the comfortable fit, don't cram them in or gently set them in, you will notice a difference in comfort and sound quality when they are seated properly. When I first started with them I turned on my music app until I found the sweet spot (paused the music a lot and skipped a lot of songs lol). At first the wife didn't like them, complaining they were quiet and quality sucked, and felt like they were going to fall out so I had a look and she was not putting them in right. Trained her in the right way (don't tell her I said that) to wear them and now she loves them. *THE BEST PART: So I work in construction and dirty environments and these ear buds get beat up a lot and just keep working. **THE EVEN BETTER PART: I accidentally sent my ear buds in the case through the wash (on heavy duty) and then the dryer (also on heavy duty) and was mad at myself until I tested them and to my amazement they still worked. Other than a few more scratches nothing else changed. Am I recommending that you test this no, absolutely not, but should you accidentally wash them the way I did don't panic until after test them. ... show more

    • Good but have some issues
These ear "beans" are pretty great, but they do have a few quirks that aren't deal-breakers for me given the price point but are defiantly annoying. The sound quality is good for me. I'm not into bass so I wouldn't know if someone who likes a lot of bass would like the sound. Ambient sound is always there. These are not normal earbuds that block sound just by being in your ears the way traditional ones do. The noise-canceling just kind of "takes the edge off" the ambient noise around you. not really canceling. My biggest pet peeve with these is the touch sensitivity. It's hit or miss and always registers touches when I'm adjusting the position in my ear and never when I'm actually trying to touch the sensor to either answer the phone, change the song, pause, etc. Also, even with the smart feature of "detect in-ear" where it senses when you have them actually in your ears, they will register touches when in my pocket. The second peeve starts Spotify randomly all the time. Spotify will just open and start playing when I have these connected to my phone. either when they're in my ear or when they're in my pocket. Almost always when I'm not touching them or not trying to listen to music!!! Aside from that, they are very comfy. Long-wear use they fall out of position often which can also be annoying. Overall solid intro earbud for light use. Would buy them again and recommend for anyone who doesn't like traditional earbuds ... show more
