Something that I always do before I buy anything that I really have to work on is researching what I buy before I buy it. Although I bought this phone hastily, I'm totally amazed with it. I love the 2 Sim Card feature, because I took the Sim cards from my 2 broken old MOTOROLA phones and use them in it and they work perfectly. So I have two lines on one phone for work and play. I also love the fact that it has 3 cameras, which I haven't tried yet, but can't wait to try them out once I become familiar with them. The only thing negative to say towards this purchase is that it came with a cord, that I guess is for SAMSUNG phones, but it's not made like a traditional cord and I neglected to add the wall outlet to the purchase. But like I stated before, I need to research my purchases more before buying things like phones. ... show more

Bought this for my wife as her LG ThinQ wouldn't work with PureTalk (too old). She likes this way better - screen is about the same, but the buttons on the ThinQ were placed so she constantly brought up queries. On this unit the main button is recessed, so that's not an issue. It's still Googled, but most are anymore. If you want degoogled, go with A TeraCube 2e. ... show more

This phone is very cheap and only good for basic work. it's very slow if you install too many apps. I bought this for my son so that I can track him when he is commuting to school and also to contact him. The screen and camera look pretty average but does the work.

This is the worst phone I have ever had. I should have returned it, but I was in hurry to get it and after getting in a day late and setting it up I said what the heck I'll keep it. Got a call took me around 10 times to hang it up and that was after I had to blacken the screen then wen back to hang it up. Same thing with going from one app to another and trying to get to the home screen 10 times later. Don't even try to take a picture of what you are seeing, in order to get the correct colors you have to first change the settings. Also changed settings for reminder alarms and text, can't hear either one. I am so disappointed but since I spent way too much than I wanted to so I could get it one day which I didn't I will keep it and live with it a while. Do not buy, terrible phone. I tried to find a way to contact seller before posting this but couldn't find a way. ... show more

had the phone for a year, and its slow, doesn't react to touches half the time, internet pages don't load, it's just frustrating to own. will avoid Galaxy A brand from now on

I bought this because my cell service forced us to go to 4G. I thought it was a good value until I accidentally allowed it to do an update. Now I hate that I can't see the letters when scrolling through my contacts. Why Samsung would take out that ability is beyond me! Other than that I love the color and really like the phone. It's not too big of a size yet the screen is big enough to see everything I need to see. The camera is ok resolution-wise. People can't hear me well on speakerphone at all, so that's useless. I guess it's a good value for the money. As uaual, had to turn off all the spy crap that comes on these and there was A LOT TO DO to turn it all off. Battery is still good and holds a charge well, but I've only had it a few months so far. ... show more
