Some of the reviews are about the watch being not user friendly, but it's actually one of the more user friendly smartwatches on the market. I have enjoyed it the past couple of weeks and will update if necessary, but so far it has exceeded my expectations. It looks and works like new- I had ZERO issues getting it synced to my phone and ATT network. My favorite feature is the speaker phone that sounds crisp and clear and on loudest setting is loud enough to hear while driving yet not be obnoxious in a room with ppl. (Volume adjustable BTW) The charger is awesome too- and I'm glad one came with the watch, because the pad that I charge my phone on will not charge the watch (blinks red for some reason). The battery lasts about 2 days for me, but may last longer for you if you aren't on it as a phone often like I am. Like someone else pointed out, I don't use the sleep feature for two reasons 1. I need it to charge then, and 2. I can't sleep in jewelry ESPECIALLY this big watch. I love that the screen on the 44 is big and easy to read and navigate. My 37 year old eyes just aren't what they used to be. It really makes reading and answering text messages a breeze. ALL apps work perfectly and I didn't mind at all having to download things from the google play store. Or connecting it the way it asked different permissions to sync up with my phone. If that is going to bother you then smartwatches may not be for you. I NEVER as a general rule buy any electronics that have been refurbished, but I'm glad I took a leap and did. ~SERVICE REVIEW~ BE CAREFUL WITH THIS SELLER, KEEP ALL RECEIPTS & DOCUMENTATIONS LIKE I DID IN CASE YOU NEED TO FILE SUIT, BBB , &/OR AMAZON COMPLAINT... LESS THAN SATISFACTORY CUSTOMER SERVICE... HAD TO RETURN WATCH FOR EXCHANGE, AFTER A MONTH I HEARD NOTHING SO AMANZON & I SENT A MSG TO THEM.. 1ST THEY SAID THEY DIDNT RECIEVE iT -SO I PROVED IT WAS SIGNED FOR BY COBY -THEN THEY REFUNDED PARTIAL SAYING RE-STOCK FEE OF 10-20% APPLIED (No explanation of what makes some 10% 15% or 20%) -I then reminded them that, they said it was Never "Received", so what & how do you restock an intangible item? And furthermore it had not been 90 days. Even while msg-ing with them, it wasn't 90 days, until Aug 24th Lastly I ask for a breakdown of what was charged, so that I can see how one of us miscalculated, YET, as of Aug. 31st I RECEIVED NO FURTHER REPLY.     • I Dodged a Bullet and RETURNED IT!!!
The SELLER IS GREAT! The condition of the watch was excellent. SAMSUNG made a poor product for the price. The interface on the watch is beyond ridiculous. It is overly complicated, you don't know whether to swirl, swipe up, swipe down or maybe sideways. I felt like I was in a candy store with endless options until I tried to use them. Then I found out that there was a caveat or some condition necessary to get the option to work. There is no such thing as Google Assistant!! Yes you can become a programmer and make it work, otherwise forget it. The simplest of functions were buried in deep menus. I could never get my text messages on my watch with any consistency. I contacted Samsung support three times. The last time I called convinced me to pack up the watch and return it. The representative was obviously unprepared in any way to help troubleshoot The watch. She told me to take it to a repair store. I've had smart watches in the past and this is by far the worst in design and functionality. I will now try Fitbit. ... show more

Liked the versatility, customization, stylist. I was very disappointed the network would not stay connected & the number sync would not hold! I thought I had the best deal, oh well still looking for a nice functional watch!!

    • It's user friendly!
I'm not a techy but I can work this watch. I got the larger one which is large on my arm but I can see better. Bixby needs a little work (like Siri but not as broad knowledge). It's pretty accurate for calorie burn on exercise which is why I got it. I can run without my phone (I didn't pay Verizon for the extra feature) but it detects workouts automatically, has a running coach, and has a huge selection of athletics to track. It tracked my sleep and unbeknownst to me, I was not getting DEEP sleep. Working on diagnosis with my Nurse Practitioner but never-the-less, it was info I didn't have before.
