  • Great TV
Size: 65-Inch Style: TV Only
I ordered this Samsung 65 inch television as a replacement for my 55 inch Samsung which was starting to give me problems. I had the old TV for over 12 years without any problems. I love the bigger screen. I rate the quality of the picture as 5 stars, I am only giving the "smart" part 4 stars only because I don't have an ethernet cable to hook it up to my internet connection. I must also comment on the delivery. I was able to choose the time of delivery. I chose between 5:00 PM and 8:00 PM. It was delivered around 6:30 PM. The young man delivered right inside of my home. He was very polite and helpful. ... show more

  • Great value, great TV
People spend boatloads of money for the highest definition and technology known to man. That is ok for them. This TV is as sharp as my eyes need and it has a processor that gets Pluto, Hulu, you Tube TV, Tubi, Fox Nation, HBO Max, and a whole hose of others. Easy set up, good remote and lightweight. Why spend 3x's as much for gadgets or bragging rights? I just want to watch TV..... ... show more

  • Beautiful picture, color, and clarity. Would recommend
Size: 65-Inch Style: TV Only
I went by the reviews of other buyers to select this model. Happy with purchase. Mounted it above my fireplace with no problem. I’m trying to get use to the detail of the picture. Faces appear 2 to 3 times larger than normal and so you can see all their imperfection. I am happy with product and purchase. ... show more

  • I use this as my computer's monitor... Yes everyone is jealous.
Size: 55-Inch Style: TV Only
I have this TV attached to my computer (which is equipped with a GTX 1080). Before I had a 55" TCL, but some of the pixels died and then the picture quality went south. I decided to step up to the Samsung. Not only is the picture better, but much to my surprise, the sound quality is MUCH better on the Samsung that other devices I've owned. I run my PC in 4k (2160p) which gives me the same number of dots on the screen as running 4 x 1080p monitors. By using a 55" TV, the actual dots displayed are just a little bit bigger than if I had 4x24" monitors (which is good because the upper corners will be further away than if you have a single 24" monitor). Video quality is outstanding, and productivity using this monitor is outstanding (especially if you are a programmer, or write tutorials). I also use the TV with my Xbox-One-X and they work very well together using HDR. ... show more

  • UPDATED REVIEW - Avoid this TV
Size: 65-Inch Style: TV Only
*Update #2* The below connectivity behavior has become progressively worse and Samsung has been unable to resolve. At least once a day the TV stops working. I have to hard power cycle it AND run the network troubleshooter for it to start working again. Seriously regret purchasing this TV, and wish there was a rating below 1 star. Generally I really like Samsung electronics. I have a (much nicer model) 75" Samsung that's been fantastic. This tv, however, kind of sucks. ARC support seems to be terrible as it randomly forgets how to connect to both my Xbox Series X and docked Steam Deck (despite using several different types of HDMI cables). Usually once a week it forgets how to connect to my wifi (even though I have mesh and an access point is ~10 feet from tv). The UI sucks, especially when searching; on other Samsung TVs it uses predictive text to suggest the next letter, this one doesn't, and it also forces you to make an extra click by selecting a check mark after. Every. Single. Letter. Also, there's a finite number of streaming channels you can add, which is further reduced by an inability to remove channels you may not want/use (Apple TV, HBO Go, etc.). I called Samsung support and they basically said, "it is what it is". That being said, the picture is great while it's working. If I had a do-over, I would not purchase this TV again. Either spend 2x as much and get a better Samsung, or go spend $350 at Walmart on a TCL - either of which would likely result in a better user experience. *UPDATE* Called Samsung tech support again and their suggestions were: #1 perform a factory reset, #2 schedule a service call and #3 consider buying a newer model. Really? For a 6 month old tv the solution is "buy a new one"? I tried the factory reset and in addition to being a huge pain appears to have actually made the issue worse. We'll see how the service appointment goes but I'm at the point where I'll just eat the cost of this TV, haul it to the dump and replace it with another (different brand) TV. ... show more
