    • Spin cycle is horrible.
Heavy loads make it shake until it sends a error message. Once the drum shakes off balance it is a complete horror. Spin cycle is the worst.

    • Cannot handle heavy loads
It washes normal loads okay, but forget anything like bed sheets or heavier. I've been trying to wash one load of sheets and comforter for 5 hours now and I keeps getting unbalanced and adding more time, filling up the drum with water, and doing anything but freakin spinning. Such a waste of power and water. I've tried everything from manually rebalancing the load, obviously a spin only cycle, rinse and spin with rinse turned off, it's seriously so ridiculous ... show more

amazing!! we’ve had this samsung washer for almost 2 years, we use it literally every other day washing cloth diapers, dog bedding and regular laundry! she has put in the work for us and i couldn’t be happier with this washing machine! i was so hesitant to buy a newer HE washer when our old one went out because you always hear terrible things about them… this one has been a dream. i love that it has the agitator in the middle like the old school ones and that it’s a top load. the others don’t seem to clean as well but this one gets our clothes/laundry clean so well. it’s priced really well & also has wifi capabilities to control through the app etc. it’s awesome!! not to mention, it’s gorgeous. i love the brushed black metal and the lid even has some very light sparkles in it. the self clean cycle is great , too! 10/10 would recommend and if you decide to buy it, i know you will be happy with it! ... show more
