I have had so many laptops that I have lost count. This one has been my favorite. It is very comfortable to work with. The screen is bright and non-gloss so using outdoors is a delight. No glare and long battery life for what I need it for (mainly research and development)

*Very disappointed with this Samsung laptop – avoid!* I bought this Samsung laptop expecting high quality, but it came with a *factory defect*: the hinge mechanism has serious issues when opening and closing the device. After just a few uses, it started showing resistance and now feels unsafe to operate. I contacted Samsung support and clearly explained the situation. They promised to escalate the case and call back the next day. That call never came. *No follow-up, no solution, no responsibility.* This experience has been extremely frustrating. A premium brand should offer both *reliable products and reliable support* — Samsung failed in both. I will be uploading photos so potential customers — and Samsung’s competitors — can see the real condition of this device.
