I received the bag and used it for a 4 day domestic trip. The bag came in and the color was as expected. It does look very nice! See my pros and cons below: Pros: 1. Lots of space. The movable organizer is a nice addition. 2. Strong zippers on the outside 3. Internal straps on both sides to hold clothes in place was a very nice touch. Cons 1. Item received with stitching already coming out, didn't expect this from the Samsonite brand 2. Wheels did not roll easily, moved best when on all 4. As soon as you transition to 2 wheels it was hit or miss. 3. The retractable handle was INCREDIBLY flimsy and weak feeling. I had little confidence that it would hold up over time and it felt like it was about to break every time I pulled the bag. 4. Clasps on the internal straps felt cheap and not very durable. Overall: I wouldn't recommend this line of Samsonite bags. Maybe its because it was purchased from Amazon that it was of lesser feeling quality, but I've heard similar stories of purchases from other outlets. At this time, it's a no buy for me and I won't consider this line in the future.

I bought and used this 25" suitcase for ONE round trip (OKC to ATL). Its maneuverability was great as I transitioned from baggage claim to the rental car location. When I received my bag on the return flight, it had a significant dent on a corner which I thought would easily be fixed once I was able to empty the bag... no such luck. I thought spending a little on a Samsonite would mean better durability but I was wrong. I'm pretty sure that going forward, this bag will dent in this location each trip until the material fails. I was a great size for a week long trip but need a bit more space for longer trips. I'm sure the larger bag won't be a Samsonite... I'm not sure who tests your products Samsonite but may I suggest Delta's baggage handlers... it might give you a better indication of durability.

Attractive but poor quality. Order 2 for trip with my son. The interior net lining is ripped. I’m leaving for a trip in 4 days and will not have time to return the carry-on. Disappointed.

Positive: Nice looking luggage, I've used it with 3 major airlines in the U.S so far as a carryon with no issue, easily fits in overhead. I love the small pockets and the fact that each side of the luggage has a strap. Also, like how is expandable if/when needed. Negative: My biggest turnoff is the missing zipper puller, not sure if this was designed like that but was disappointed regardless. And the handle is not very sturdy when pulled out all the way, it gets shaky. Overall, I decided to keep this because of the 10 years warranty, I've had an overall great experience with Samsonite especially, in this regard.

I have no idea how this suitcase will work because I haven’t left for my trip but so far it’s damaged even before I use it. So. That sucks. I don’t have time to deal with a replacement with the warranty because I fly out in two days. I’ve never bought nice luggage far and so far...it’s a let down. Should have just stuck with my local thrift shop because I work too hard to have a large amount of money spent on something “nice” that is actually broken.

Gift to my wife; we liked the size, the light weight and the secure and convenient easy to use locking; however, we are VERY DISSATISFIED with the quality of the material. The large suitcase broke up on top the third time it was used on 10/12/19 ; luckily the contains did not spill out. The suitcase material was not strong enough to survive the baggage handling in the airplane. Unless we get a replacement we rate this POOR QUALITY product.

I just returned from a 2-week trip to China, including time on planes, trains, and automobiles, and this thing held up wonderfully! This is my second Winfield item (I also own the 20" Winfield 2 carry-on luggage), and I think I'll be sticking with this series as long as possible!

I had to return this luggage for these reasons: 1. Not water resistant. 2. Cheaply made. It’s pretty obvious that the hard case is made of cheap materials, hence it could break easily. 3. Not advisable to use if you plan to fill up the luggage - gets very heavy! Only plus points I can think of is how spacious it is. I would definitely stay away from this line. Price is low, sure, but you get what you pay for! Might be advisable to pay more for excellent quality.
