A good product! I do wish the hole for the sink was factory cut but they didn't to have one my size. I cut the hole and it works well but doesn't look quite as professional. I like the fact that the product is heat resistant. It is like having a large no slip hot pad.

The inside of my sink is 25 x 16 I ordered the 21x16 because the 25 x 15.7 probably would’ve rolled up the sides since the bottom of my sink is rounded, not square. I’m still thinking that I may try it and if it doesn’t fit, I can always return it. It keeps things clean, it doesn’t collect mold, it’s the right thickness. Most important is that it protects the stainless steel sink from scratches because if you get scratches, you’re going to get rust and watermarks. It looks great and it’s an excellent value. It’s quite durable. I’ve had it for now a month, and there is no staining of any kind - no mold, mildew or anything, either. Yes, you do have to lift it sometimes when you want to rinse the bottom of your sink if some food gets caught in the little feet, but that doesn’t really happen often. As for mold, you have to clean this thing you can’t just leave it there. I clean mine every three days using a soft bottle brush - a little dish soap, then I rinse it thoroughly and let it air dry. I wash the sink, too and dry it thoroughly before putting the mat back in. It’s an excellent mat. It does exactly what it’s supposed to do and we definitely recommend it. 14/10 ... show more

Bought this sink protector about a year ago because I have a vintage ceramic sink and my pots were leaving marks on the sink. I chose to cut a hole over the drain hole but in retrospect it probably wasn’t necessary. I never had a sink protector before; it seems to serve a few nice functions. One is that I don’t have marks on my sink from metal pots. Two is that I can leave a knife with a wooden handle in the sink and it doesn’t sit in water.
