It works pretty well but I didn't use it for pain, so I can't comment on that. I stopped using it during summer because it makes my feet sweaty, but I am planning to continue using it during winter.

These foot pads are wonderful! They could have a little more pleasant smell but overall they work as described. After I removed my pads my entire body felt super refreshed. I would definitely recommend to anyone.
