At first, I was having problems ordering because my bank was not clearing the large purchase. I thought I cleared it up with my bank so I ordered it again. I still have the same problem. I finally resolved the issue and ordered it again. This time it finally went through. Little did I know when I cleared it up I also cleared up the previous two orders which means now I’m getting a total of three of these chairs. I really appreciate that they took the time to contact me and ask if I really want three or was this a mistake. As far as the actual chair goes, this chair is going in my travel trailer. The measurements were true to what they said, and it fit perfectly in the location that I was going to put it in. I love the fact that this chair comes in pieces so that it would fit through my narrow door in my travel trailer. The chairs a little on the stiff side, but I’m pretty sure it will soften up in time. It’s a beautiful looking chair, puts together real easily. I basically did not need the instructions, the video with this chair on Amazon helped me to put it together. Besides the upper side cushion, which needed a little bit, of course to slide into place, It is very easy to put together. ... show more

This sofa is super comfy and was priced right. However, the instructions were loosey-goosey on whether it was a wall hugger. Under description it reads the sofa needs to be 3-5 inches from the wall. Our sofa sits on a slideout with 4 inches of wall clearance. I figured with the description saying 3-5 inches, that we'd be good. Not so. Once we installed the sofa, which was a breeze to install, we realized it will fit perfectly to sit and to use the foot rest but we couldn’t recline. We contacted the company for a return. This company stayed in daily contact with us to make sure we had everything we needed to get the couch packaged and back to them. They issued our refund promptly and have provided us with probably the best customer service we’ve had. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to purchase a couch. ... show more
