This just arrived today and took no time to set up. I used distilled water in the reservoir so I don’t have to deal with descaling and hopefully prolong the life of the item. I also placed the accessories and manual in a small drawstring bag and hung it on the side for easy access. Upon turning it on, it started steaming pretty quickly. The steam is hot. Seriously hot. Be careful not to place your hand in the direction of the steam. The min/max option changes color so you know which setting you are using based on the color. Worked well to remove wrinkles out of an eyelet blouse. I have since tried it on cotton (took more time) synthetics and denim. Works great! Very satisfied and very happy with it. My steamer of 25 Year finally broke down. So I really examined these steamers for what I wanted. I liked the double stand for support because my old one I never knew how to hang my clothes to steam them. This one is really a strong steam and a sturdy product. I am very happy with it.

I was so excited about this steamer. It worked great for 74 days. But is no longer returnable. What a disappointment. Not returnable after 30 days. 🤔
