I tested a few balaclavas before coming to this one. Hesitant at first but the good reviews and amazons alert stating “most customers keep this item” helped me decide to pull the trigger. First impressions were that it fit well- not too snug. Was also very soft and warm. The design helps eliminate fogging of glasses which I felt was far better than the brand name Blackstrap one i tried out. The bs one was too tight- probably because I have a relatively bigger than average nose lol. For $18 you cant go wrong. Most other similar products are $40ish which is getting up there for what this product is. Held up well this past 3 day trip. Occasionally fogged with my glasses but goggles were just fine. Comfortable and easy to use, and also wicked sweat away well. Would recommend and purchase again. 5 stars for me

This ski mask is soft, well made and a quality product. It is comfortable, fits well and keeps my ears, nose and the rest of my face warm. It is well made and warm to zero degrees, didn't use below zero but I'm sure it would be warm. Easy to breathe through. It is on the larger size, my hat size is about 7 3/8 and it is baggier on me. The only thing I didn't like is the flexibility. It can be used open face with a "flap" that folds up when wanting to cover the face except the eyes. I never wear a balaclava open face, kind of defeats the purpose of balaclava in cold weather, so pulling the flap was an extra step. And the flap always got twisted around and more of a hassle to put on for me.
