What i like: - True desktop CNC size. Easily fits on my desk -Easy to install/put together. Wasn't counting, but took about 30 min. Most of it was already together -High accuracy when cutting. I have done a few jobs, and all have nice, smooth lines. -Easy to use Z probe to zero out the piece -Handles 3D carves very well. I use Carvco to control it and it came out very nice and clean with the roughing and smoothing pass -SUPER high-powered router. It cut plexiglass easily. Super excited to try it on metal. Just note i know already its going to have to go slow. People don't understand that unless you get a thousand-dollar + CNCs, you will need to go slow. -Fairly quiet router -laser/attachment ability. Since it's an all-metal frame, I am actually considering getting the laser attachment. Most of the CNCs that have this ability have a wooden sacrificial board that will burn -All metal construction, has a quality feel to it. Overall a great desktop CNC. It's powerful and quiet, and perfect for small jobs and harder material

Conforme con el producto , lo único malo no exista una versión de 220V para el router que solo funciona a 110V, tuve que colocar un router makita 220V qué tenia en mi taller, por lo demás si es aceptable la CNC y el servicio postventa de Sainsmart es excelente , soluciono el inconveniente con el router.

My original spindle motor for the 3020 Pro Ultra machine had severe runout of 0.013". I sent a short video to their support team and replaced the motor, no questions asked.
