In the picture the trumpet had the thumb hook but the order doesn’t have it supposed to be new but the second and the third bottom valve caps were humid, so the trumpet has been used and that is deceitful to me even though the price was reasonable I should have what you showed on the website.

    • To know where Origin of where your merchandise is being sent from.

Instrument was shipped from India and when I pulled out The Trumpet the number 2 valve would keep sticking. When I pulled it out the valve I came to find out that the instrument was not properly lubricated especially with the long transit from it's origin. Also the number 1 valve treads are stripped and when the valve is depressed the whole casing comes loose and I have to retighten it. I would really like to return it but it seems like it would be a frustrating task being that it was shipped from India. It's a handsome looking instrument except for the flaws. ... show more

El envio fue rapido,pero la calidad de la trompeta es muy deficiente, los pistones estan picados, sucios, y el material de los resortes, filtros y almuadillas es de muy baja calidad. Se probo y sonaba muy feo. Se devolvio por que no se podia entonar en la banda marcial del colegio, sonaba muy mal. La lubricacion era vieja y por lo tanto se pegaban los pistones. La campana por dentro estaba oxidada La calidad no compensa el valor que tiene. el serivio de transporte y devolucion con DHL es excelente.
