I love this car seat! I bought it for my granddaughter. It got to be just too much to be taking the car seat out of my daughters car putting into my car, back-and-forth. So I bought my own car seat. I had it for two weeks before my daughter took it! So then I turned around and ordered the exact same car seat. The only difference is the color on the trim. This is one of the easiest car seats ever and I feel so comfortable with her in it. It fits just like it should. The only problem is my two year old granddaughter has learned to take the cupholders out the cupholders holes? They come completely off the car seat soooo easy! and now one is totally lost. And it’s driving me nuts! now there’s just a hole where she should be able to put a cup. My son-in-law drilled a screw into the cup holder of the 1st car seat they took from me so she could not get them out. . They have the exact same car seat so she couldn’t do that. I need to figure out if I can get a replacement cup holder because the OCD is killing me lol. The little cup holders come out super easily, and if you know two year olds, they’re always busy I can’t for the life of me figure out where it went unless she threw it out the window. !!!!! so the only complaint I have is these cupholders you can pretty much just pick up right out of the car seat! Kids should not be able to do that. Not these tiny kids that are throwing everything that can out the window.Hahaha. ... show more

I have 2 of these in my Audi a4 sedan. They match really nicely with the interior. But more importantly they are spacious enough for me to adjust my seat comfortably im 5’8 alittle fluffy. Now for my kids. They say it is the most comfy seat they have and our other car seats are forever car seats by a competitor. The cup holder design is great because now my kids can’t lose them like the did with the others. The draw back is the rear facing latch system it’s a cheap strap with 2 hooks it leaves a lot to be desired but it is still safe and functional and had the car seat safety person at the fire department check them out. they are easy to install. And secure. Another big plus is that these are considerably lighter than the bigger brands out there and makes it less of a workout to get them in and out of the car. They are also easy to adjust. Another big win for me in a car seat. All around I love these car seats. Hopefully I won’t need to but if I ever had to get new ones I’d defintely buy these again. ... show more

I bought this for a back up seat for my grand babies. We have a 22 month old and a newborn. This car seat easily adapts for both kids. My sister and I take turns babysitting one or the other on any given day and we transfer this car seat easily between our cars. The kids parents each have a car seat in their cars ( Graco SlimFit and a Diono Radian® 3QX), but they are heavy and transferring them from their mom and dads cars on a daily basis was a pain. This Safety 1st seat is lightweight and easy to get in and out of the car, but still feels solid and safe when installed. Initially it was a bit of a struggle to install as we had way more play in the seat than the one and a half inches recommended for safety. After reading the instructions more thoroughly found that if we applied weight on the seat using a knee as we were buckling it, the seat became more solid as the air from the car cushions deflated and made the seat much more solid in the car. In fact there is NO wiggling at all. It feels like its cemented into the car. The 22 month old totally loves this car seat! She likes using both cup holders and finds the cushioning quite comfortable. She easily goes to sleep when she needs to and her head is supported quite nicely. Plenty of leg room for her too as she grows. The one month old hasn't been out in it yet, but the extra padding and adjustments for him are easy schmeezy. The washable/dryable feature is the best. Our girl loves blueberries and raspberries in her snack cup so you can imagine what a mess that can make. Bought it on Prime Day and spent less than half than what the Graco cost.
