This is the 2nd SafeSleeve iPhone case I've had, and I like it very much. I used my new phone for a few weeks without the case, wishing I had it, as the phone easily slipped out of my hand and was harder to pick up without the case. It is important to get one with the same name as your phone, as the case is designed to have the push buttons and camera openings to exactly match the phone. The cover is well-made and does not diminish the ease of use. I like that it is designed to give EMF protection to the user as well as hazard protection to the phone. In addition, the inside of the front flap has slots for 3 cards and a place for a bill or note. That flap can also be used to hold the phone up, either vertically or horizontally. The case is made of a simulated leather, which is necessary for the EMF protection, and gives a less stiff feel to the case than real leather. I had my previous phone for many years and cleaned the case with an everyday spray cleaner. Eventually it started to show wear. I anticipate that the darker color of this case will help it to wear well and for many years again. The case makes the phone somewhat bulkier, so people who keep their phone in their pocket may not like it, but I like that the added material helps me find it and makes it feel more secure in my hand. It easily fits in my handbags. One generally has to take the claim of EMF protection on faith, but I know that the SafeSleeve has been tested and does provide it. The product I received does not let you detach the phone case from the sleeve (as shown in the video), which is good because that was a feature I did not want. After a couple months of use the inseam of the card holder has busted open and the card sleeves have loosen. I’ve lost my credit card which someone used to buy over $6k in Louise Vuitton (thankfully my card company successfully investigated it) and my military ID. My iphone has shattered due to its inability to protect the screen. It’s extremely difficult to get used to taking pictures. The flap and string are constantly in the way. It hard to get a good grip on it. I truly wish I could return this expensive $80 case. It has not done what I thought it would except for maybe protect me from phone waves but no way for me to trust that given the quality of the case deteriorated so quickly. ... show more

I’ve purchased this case 5 times. I love the RFID safety and that it holds credit cards. The downside is- it does not last. I tend to buy a new one every 4-6 months and it gets quite ratty looking before I break down and buy a new one. I wish it could have better durability.
