  • Worm free and no struggle to feed it.
All but one animal enjoys the flavor and eats it without much encouragement. That alone makes life easier but it also takes care of the worms with no apparent side effects. This is my 2nd purchase and will buy again.

  • Great for Chickens too!
I’m giving this dewormer liquid a well-deserved five stars after it worked wonders for my flock of chickens. I’ve been raising backyard chickens for years, and when I noticed some of my birds showing signs of gapeworm—like gasping and head-shaking—I knew I needed a reliable solution fast. This product came through in a big way, and I’m thrilled with how it helped my chickens bounce back to their healthy, clucking selves. This 125ml bottle of fenbendazole-based dewormer is designed to tackle a range of parasites, including stomach worms, lungworms, and, crucially for me, gapeworm. It’s primarily marketed for goats, but after consulting with my vet and doing some research, I confirmed it’s safe and effective for poultry when dosed correctly. The liquid form makes it easy to administer, and the bottle’s size is perfect for treating my small flock without wasting product. My experience with this dewormer was straightforward and effective. I have about a dozen chickens, so catching each one to dose individually would’ve been a hassle. Instead, I followed advice from other poultry owners and mixed the appropriate dose with their drinking water for three days, stirring frequently to keep it dispersed. My chickens didn’t seem to mind the taste at all, and by the end of the treatment, the gapeworm symptoms were gone. No more wheezing or head-shaking, and their energy levels were back to normal. I was amazed at how quickly it worked—within a few days, my flock was thriving again. What I loved most is how reliable this product is. It’s a trusted brand, and the fact that it’s a broad-spectrum dewormer means it covers multiple parasites, giving me peace of mind. The bottle is easy to store, and the clear dosing instructions (with vet guidance) made it simple to use. Plus, for the price, it’s a fantastic value compared to other dewormers I’ve looked at, especially for how effective it is. The only minor downside is that the bottle didn’t come with a syringe , which gave me pause at first, but the bottle arrived intact and worked perfectly, so it wasn’t an issue. I’d recommend this dewormer to any chicken owner dealing with gapeworm or other parasites—just be sure to check with a vet for proper dosing. It saved my flock, and I’ll definitely keep it on hand for future use! ... show more

  • A Must Have For Cat Owners Too!
***Please check with your veterinarian before using anything to deworm your animals as proper dosage is critical.****** I’ve used this for years to deworm my cats. Back when I first started using it the price was a little more than twenty dollars but wow how the price has shot up! Still the truth is that it’s super less in the long run. If you don’t want your cats suffering with worms and look into treating them you’ll find that the treatments cost a fortune, to top it off there are soo many different worms and each has its own treatment! Oh sure you’ll likely find one that might treat two kinds, possibly three but they are crazy expensive! Who the heck can afford to buy one to treat every type? I certainly can’t! This dewormer treats almost all of the different worms! So while the price has definitely gone up, it’s so much cheaper because it treats a variety. Talk with your vet because the dose has to be correct and is based on weight. The bottle will last a long time depending on the number of cats you have and they take it for three days. I mix it in with my cats food. My cats have never had any adverse reactions to it. For me this is a must have because there’s no way I’m going to let my cats suffer with worms. ... show more

  • Effective, Easy to Use, and Trusted for Routine Goat Care
Safe-Guard has been a staple in our livestock health kit, and this goat dewormer continues to perform reliably. The dosing instructions are clear and straightforward, making it easy to administer even when working with multiple animals. We’ve used it as part of our regular parasite management program and have seen noticeable improvements in body condition and overall vitality after treatment. I appreciate that the product comes ready to use and doesn’t require complicated mixing. The bottle design allows for accurate measuring, which is important when dosing by weight. Our goats tolerated it well with no noticeable side effects, and appetites and energy levels remained normal after treatment. Another big plus is availability and consistency — it’s a trusted brand that many breeders and small farm owners already rely on. For anyone maintaining a routine deworming schedule or dealing with mild parasite loads, this is a dependable option to keep on hand. Pros: ✔ Easy dosing and administration ✔ Trusted, well-known brand ✔ Good value for the quantity ✔ Goats tolerated it well Overall, Safe-Guard is a solid, effective dewormer that does exactly what it’s supposed to do. I’ll continue keeping this in our farm medicine cabinet. ... show more
