Love the end result but would have been much better if it were easy to put together. Baskets, super hard to get the bottoms on and bench, directions were wrong. Easy to figure out how to fix but the instructions definitely leave much to be desired other than being incorrect. The baskets feel kind of cheap also. On a good note, it was delivered super fast and came with all the pieces undamaged. It also feels pretty sturdy. We got this for our entryway. It fits nicely in our space and is very sturdy. The instructions are not as accurate as they could be but if you pay attention to detail you will see what needs to go where. It came with all the required hardware and was easy to assemble.

Piece looks good; however, the finish seems to be a flat type paint that I am sure will scuff easy. You could not tell in the photo. The bench cover is canvas, but stapled onto a board which will make cleaning a pain. Worst is that the instructions are incorrect in regards to where to place the center supports. I had it all together and then after trying to attach the top I had to take it apart and start over. The baskets bottoms had to be screwed on, not easy. Hoping they don’t scratch the cabinet all up. Plus, the material is a lot of short pieces so there are several strings sticking out. Not attractive. Plus, they really smell so hoping that fades quickly. Only reason I did not return this was that I am older and knew I could not repack it and get it back to the store. ... show more

Lots of cheap particle board. Particle board can be okay, but this is cheap. Disappointed with the quality of the bench, and it was annoying to put together. The inserts in the particle board for accepting the screws were damaged in several cases, and similarly the threads were damaged on the baskets as well. It was very difficult to get screws started, and the tolerances were so wide in the bench itself that everything had to be tightened, loosened, moved around, and tightened again several times to get it to fit together. The heads of the small bolts were too large for the wrench they sent with the product, so the baskets were unnecessarily difficult to put together. One of the front-facing pieces of particle board had a chip out of the paint even before putting it together. ... show more

This piece looks great in the space we needed it for. It is a heavy duty piece of furniture when assembled. The assembly was relatively easy and all the pieces and parts were included. The baskets came with it and were a perfect fit. The pad came with it too. It would be better if you could get the pad cover off the clean it. ... show more
