I gave this one star because it does make my hair very shiny, however it has such an old school perfume smell to it I almost never use it. This does NOT smell at all like any of the other Sachajuan products that I have purchased. Their smells are more earthy and natural in essence. Isn’t greasy, even in my fine hair, and leaves a hint of a sweet scent that wafts when you flick your hair or lean in for a greeting - perfect!

    • Less is more! Spray on your fingertips and run them through your hair where needed.
Okay, if you use too much of this you're gonna hate it. GO EASY WITH THIS STUFF! And it smells best when you use the Sachajuan shampoo/conditioner combo. If you use too much it will definitely be way too strong and smell kind of old lady-ish- I did first time and I thought I was going to vomit. The best way to apply is to spray 2 or 3 times on your fingertips, then quickly run your fingers through your hair wherever its dry/static-y. Only do this once! That's all you need! If you don't overdo it the scent is light and really really lovely and wont clash with most perfumes if you decide to wear one too. Considering just this morning I thought I was going to vomit, and now I love it... well, really can't stress the less-is-more thing. ... show more

I think this is super awesome! You have to like the smell. It is different, but I like it. Kind of incensey-earthy and spicy-ish. Not sweet or floral. I sprayed it on damp hair at 8am this morning, and I can still smell it at 3:30PM. It's not as strong now though. There is some shine, but I think my hair absorbed a lot of the "shiny" properties because it's dyed ombre. ... show more

The best stuff ever!!! It's perfect for dry hair, but if you don't have dry hair, all you need is a little. I LOVE this product.

Loved the idea, hated the scent. I kept trying it over and over hoping to grow to love it. No luck with that so far. I think the packaging is lovely though and I do love this brands silver shampoo and conditioner. Not everyone likes the same thing, if they did there’d only be one thing. If you get the opportunity to sample it ever, I’d definitely recommend you try it out for yourself. If you love the unique woodsy church-like scent it would be so awesome to have a scent/hair protectant light spray in one - especially if you bleach to platinum like me! ... show more
