It’s very beginner-friendly, and the built-in 5-inch HD LCD screen on the controller is a huge plus because I don’t need to use my phone for FPV. The media could not be loaded. In my usage I found the addition of GPS really took this to the next level for me – makes it very stable drone. This drone hovers very stable, even in wind and it’s very fast and responsive. And with GPS, the Return to Home feature worked really well – within five feet. Do suggest you set the height of RTH to the highest structure or tree in your flying area, as there is no obstacle avoidance. Keep in mind RTH is from takeoff point, not where you are at that point (if you move around). Flight time is pretty good, as a battery can run about 30 minutes before the drone needs to return to home. The S8 Drone was user friendly, and perfect for beginners like me, and the camera quality is on par. I record my phone screen currently, the quality is A1, and the size is perfect, as I don’t need a larger drone for the various things I utilize it for. ... show more
