Update, the seller sent a new unit and it works correctly. Great customer service. 2 of the motors didn't work out of the box so it just flies to it's left really quickly as soon as it takes off. Going to have to return this unfortunately after crashing multiple times

I was sitting by a lake today and was excited to try the drone out. I charged both batteries and read the instructions step by step. I turned it On and It instantly raised 5 feet and took off full speed over the lake. I couldn’t get it to stop or do anything. Yes. The controller was syncd to the drone. It thought it was a goose I guess and just took off at full speed heading south. I literally got it this morning and I didn’t even get to fly it once. It lasted 10 seconds. What a waste of money. I did everything right, step by step in the instructions. I guess it just wanted to do it’s own thing. No idea where it ended up and I have no doubt I’ll never see it again. Save your money and buy something nicer. What a terrible product and experience for me. ... show more

This drone is not what I looking for, it's complicated and hard to control it, when it took off, just goes one direction and have to land to stop it. 1 star for the drone. But they have great customer service. 5 stars for customer service. I literally lost the drone at my very first fly with the kids.
