RYOBI does not honor warranties from this seller, West Brand Co - do not buy anything from them. Super disappointed. Worked great for about 20 brads and then stopped - flashing light, sounds like it wants to work (cycles) but doesn't shoot. Fully charged battery, fully loaded magazine with the right size brads, lubed, adjusted depth, etc. and yet nothing. Pulled the front off to find the striker stuck in the wrong position. Moved it back into the correct position. It shot one more brad and now doesn't even cycle - just nothing. Checked online for suggestions. Many posts are about the striker getting jammed, more lubrication, larger battery size needed and apparently it's quite temperamental and needs to be "warm" - I'm using it indoors during the summer months - does it need a heated blankie and a cuddle?! I think this one is going back - the intention of the purchase was to make my process easier, not add another headache. Yep, super disappointed, 'cause I love Ryobi tools. ... show more
