The DEWALT DCN660 16 Gauge Angled Finish Nailer drives 16 Gauge angled finish nails from 1-1/4-inch to 2-1/2-inch which makes DEWALT finish nailer ideal for fastening crown molding, casing, and baseboards. With its brushless motor powered by a DEWALT 20V MAX Lithium-Ion battery the DCN660 is ready to go to work without the hassle of using gas, compressor, and hose. Tackle jobs both large and small with the features of a pneumatic tool and the freedom of cordless. Maximum initial battery voltage (measured without a workload) is 20 volts. Nominal voltage is 18.

This nailer does a wonderful job of driving nails. So far no jams. Like all tools of this nature, it gets a bit heavy as the day goes on. I guess you just get used to it. My air gun is much lighter, but you have all the rest of the stuff to lug around to get it to work. I think tools are getting a bit like religion, everyone thinks theirs is best. I have found that most of the major brands are comparable in function. I have a bunch of Dewalt tools, so I will stick with them. If you need a good airless finish nailer, this one will work just fine. ... show more

Loved the Paslode for more than a decade. Finally became fusturated with no fires, having to clean, buy propane batteries going bad etc. Broke down to buy this Dewalt. Went with this one because nails are interchangeable with the paslode. Very happy with this Dewalt! Thing is awesome 👌. Point and fire. No dead fire no muss mo fuss and very little wood denting. Plus it doesn't slip off target too bad. It fires quick too. Depth adjustment is great and tool free. A tiny battery lasts me all day. A pro framer says the red framers are a bit more durable than Yellow, but both are great tools. May have to get a framer at some point. My orange framer is still pretty reliable though! ... show more

    • depth adjuster is tricky
The knurled adjustment to control the depth of nails is difficult to turn- I have had to use a screwdriver to make it move. once suggested to the correct depth. It eventually moves and the depth changes usually too deep. Otherwise, this is a great tool. I have used it to nail quarter inch tongue and grove cedar to plywood and it is wonderful to be free of a compressor. it is heavy, but seems durable. ... show more

Absolutely LOVE this nailer! Very comfortable, smooth, high-quality and reliable. Only thing I don't like about it would probably be seems like when putting in strips of nails I have to really make sure they're in tight and secured and have to usually push them down a bit instead of them just sliding down the rail themselves being enough. But that may just be me. Other than that still definitely 5/5. ... show more
