This shelf is perfect for small spaces in your camper. We got ours as a side table to our couch and it does the job. The shelf itself is sturdy and good quality, the adhesive that came with it did not work unfortunately but once I used a few screws the shelf was secured. I took 1 star off because the shelf is supposed to fold up but I could not get it to stay up no matter what I did. This is a strong and sturdy basic looking small black metal shelf for your home or RV. My intention was to use this in our RV, but I need it to stay in its closed position when not in use. To my disappointment, the shelf does not lock into its upright folded position. I feel this product is overpriced since it does not have locking mechanism. This shelf could be useful in a location where the shelf stays out, such as an office or bathroom or maybe used as a small plant shelf. I thought this idea was super cute for children to keep their water close by during the night. It appealed to me because it gave several mounting options, stick, glue, or screw. I wasn’t thrilled about screwing into my child’s bed frame, so I thought this would be perfect, unfortunately the stickers did not hold and neither did the glue, so really the only option is to drill holes into your bed frame, which I did not want to do…..disappointing ... show more

A decent little foldable aluminum shelf for trailer or RV. The adhesive strips don't really hold that well. For best results recommend screws instead of adhesive tape depending on how much you want it to hold.

    • If the shelf would lock in the folded position, it would be better

The quality of this shelf seems to be good and it should last, which I’m pleased with. However, since it is made to fold away, I would figure that it would lock in the folded position but it doesn’t. The way it is designed to fold, it will not stay in the folded position on its on. So, this kind of makes the folding feature unusable - at least in our application. I guess, depending on where others might want to put the shelf, this might not be an issue for them. Overall, I like the shelf, I just wish that it would lock in the folded position. ... show more
