PROS: + Thicker and of better quality than the previous one I got on amazon (of a different brand) + Because of this seems to keep it's shape better than my previous one. Not too much sagging. + Has little D size METAL rings (not MENTAL rings LOLOL that was such a funny typo in the item's description on amazon listing) if you wanted to hang your chains (my chains are much too heavy so I am not using the D-rings, but they are nice to have). + Protects your jack from sun damage CONS: - All of these have the same con: it is a bit time consuming tightening the cord to secure them onto the jack so they don't go flying off when you travel, and a bit time consuming loosening the cord so you remove them to unhitch or rehitch. This is one of those accessories that doesn’t need to be fancy, just functional - and this one is. The material feels thick and durable, definitely better than the flimsy covers I’ve used before that rip after a windy day or two. The 900D fabric seems like it’ll actually hold up to sun, rain, and whatever else campgrounds throw at it. Fit was good, and the D rings and cinch cords make a big difference. It doesn’t flap around or ride up like cheaper versions tend to do. It’s snug, stays put, and actually feels like it’s protecting the jack instead of just covering it for show. No bells and whistles here, but none needed. Just solid weather protection that gives me peace of mind when we’re parked for any stretch of time.

This says it's for electric jacks but I ordered it for my manual jack that I just had to replace due to exposure. It works perfectly. It fits great over the handle and has drawstrings to cinch the bottom tight. There are spring locks to keep the strings drawn. You can also strap it down using the attached D rings. The fabric is heavy duty yet soft with a rubber coating on the inside to repel moisture. It is very well constructed and not at all cheap. Jacks can be expensive to fix and this is a drop in the hat to protect your jack during down time. I am super excited to have it and I highly recommend it.

I really like this tongue jack cover. It's thick, durable, and it covers the electric jack that came with my camper perfectly. But I don't think it's perfect, and I’ll try to tell you why. The standout feature on this cover is the addition of chain hangers, and the neat freak in me just loves that. But here’s the thing—that same desire for neatness makes me want to hang my chains left to right. To me, that just makes more sense visually and functionally. This cover, however, is designed for the chains to hang front to back. To me, that looks a little... well, cattywampus (yep, that’s a word—it means crooked or askew). Sure, I can twist the cover and hang them left to right, but in doing so, I lose that perfect fit. The cover itself becomes a little baggy. Photos are included if you’d like to take a look. Overall, it's a great cover, just with a minor detail I’d tweak if I could. If the chain placement isn’t an issue for you, don’t give it a second thought. But if you’re a fellow neat freak, just be aware of this small quirk. I honestly think you’re good either way.

I’m impressed with the quality of this product. It is made with dense fabric so as to not easily tear, as did the one that originally came with my electric jack (that one lasted one day before it began to rip apart). My trailer did not come with hooks to attach the safety chains to, so having the rings on this cover is a great bonus. Now I have a place to hang them when not hooked on to a vehicle.

The sun destroys plastic and rubber. This simple idea protects my jack ( from getting worse). I like the safety chain D rings, it helps keep the bag 8n place as well as storing them.

This is perfect, it’s light weight but super thick and good quality so that it protects from the weather. The black is nice but does fades after it’s been in the sun. Easy to use and install.

I believe this is going to be quite durable, which would be a nice change. Previous versions of this have not withstood the Texas weather well. The material in this one is a bit thicker and seems to be tear-resistant. I love the little metal rings that allow you to hook the chains from the camper.
