This is a definite strong magnet. You will see in the video that it takes some pull to get them apart. For us, we are returning them just because they are just too strong for what we want them for. I do however recommend them if you need two items to stay stuck together.

I only used this product for about two weeks before it started having issues. The magnet lost its strength and no longer held properly, and I also noticed rust spots developing after a very short period of use. Based on my experience, the quality and durability were disappointing.

The magnet is pretty weak. We have to gently open the door to the magnet so it doesn’t just bounce off and a breeze in the right direction will blow it back shut.
