We purchased this set a year ago. The board came in warped. It took a year for customer service to finally get us a replacement. The replacement came in more warped than the first. It has 1/2 inch of warp from side to side straight out of the shipping box. It’s impossible to use as intended. We have talked with customer service more time than we can count. While the sinks are amazing, this product is terrible and customer support is poor at best. ... show more

Installed a Ruvati stainless sink, it came with a stainless colander that fit tight but liked wooden better as it won’t scratch the sink. The wood matches the original cutting board that came with the sink. This is made with quality the same as sink and other attachments!

Can we just pause and talk about how great this company is! I haven’t installed my sink yet because we are remodeling but all the accessories I have purchased for my 5 foot sink are beautiful and fit perfect. I don't normally make time to write these reviews, but this is an exception. You can't beat this made in the USA beautiful sink accessory. You get a lot for $89. The bowls are bigger than expected, and that's good. I bake a lot so this was EXACTLY what I needed. And it was extremely, carefully packaged, which I appreciated. It is beautiful and we will keep. Needs to be retrofit, hope it works. Really disappointed that once you get this awesome accessory it lists that it is only compatible with RVH8222,8333,8555 and9333! It is a tad to big for mine! But what’s beautiful tool it will be!

Works great for holding condiments or silverware when entertaining. My only complaint is the wood. We have all the Ruvati wood sliding trays as well and they just don’t hold up overtime to water and knife marks. I’d love to find someone who can custom make replacement pieces out of the hard plastic cutting board material. ... show more
