Haven't installed yet, but I anticipate it will go well. This is a beautiful sink both in pictures and in-person. Outer box could have been beefier but the internal packaging wasn't too bad. Some time ago I contacted Ruvati Customer Service via phone and they mentioned this model was coming. I did an extraordinary amount of shopping online and in various plumbing / big box showrooms and IMO this sink is THE BEST value out there. My research included one analysis on the web that stated the material quality and thickness was one of the most important aspects of selecting a sink - more important than brand name. I found that very interesting. Yeah, it's Made in China but this sink is 16 gauge (1.5mm thick) and is constructed out of T-304 stainless steel which is a very good material and what's used on the high-end sinks out there. The accessories are impressive: high quality, appear to be durable, and good looking: - Cutting board is simply beautiful. Slides easily in the slide ledges. - Colander - deep, very heavy, cushioned, Slides easily in the slide ledges. - Roll-up drying rack - lighter weight than I expected, but OK. It seems to lay down properly on top of the slide ledges. - The two strainers are high quality and well designed with the basket - The bottom trays (one for each side) have rubber mounts. We have the plastic sink protectors in our current SS sink, I think we'll like these better. I would like to see Ruvati up their game and produce a higher-quality installation guide. What that have is usable, but not up to the quality of the sink itself.

December 28, 2023: Packaging both inside and out was torn. Front right corner of sink arrived dented. The packaging where the dent was, however was not damaged enough to explain the dent. Otherwise sink and accessories are beautiful. Update: The return of this sink was easy. The replacement is now installed and beautiful! The accessories that came with it are very nice. (Cutting board, colander, and drying rack that all rest in the inside ledges of the sink and slide.) Happy I went with the lower middle divider for washing long/bigger cookware as reviews suggested. Everything about this sink is top notch!

I researched numerous sinks before finalizing on Ruvati (which I was not familiar with) primarily because of the 60/40 AND low divider (no one else had) and the accessories were also a bonus. I was blown away by the packaging and protection Ruvati puts into each unit. There were multiple custom formed corregated cardboard containers, covers, foam and even a scratch free cloth bag protecting the sink. It took me a long time just to break down the boxes to dispose because such high strenth. We installed but have not hookedup sink yet, but so far it looks beautiful. The stainless is high quality both in finish and thickness and uniformity. The smooth front designed allowed me to adjust sink forward or backwards to my needs. Can't wait to hook it up.

This is a super sink. We love the 2 different size bowls within. Also the lower divider,,, most farmhouse sinks have the same height divider as the sink itself,,, if you are filling sink and leave the room it will overflow on the floor as easy as the next sink. All the accessories are great including strainer tray + cutting board, etc. It is well built and perfect for our new kitchen. We were a little concerned about the bottom scratching until we found the safety screens for the bottom of each sink. OVERALL great features, great look and good value

We love the sink, it looks great and had it for well over a year now so it holds up great but you have to be careful NOT to wash your dish/pot/whatever on top of the sides or front sill cause we did a couple of times to scrub a pot or two but it left scuff/scratch marks. I didn't put much force into it or was doing this heavily but just scrubbing the bottom of my pot inside as I had it sitting on the front part out of the sink with a light-medium force so it wasn't obvious that it would have scratched anything but it did. The inside though hasn't had much scuffing, if at all really so it is pretty durable overall. We are pleased with the purchase and regardless of the mishap on the outside, it was our stupid mistake so i wont knock points off for it just a reminder to others to not do what we did so its still getting 5 stars

This sink looks great but after only a couple months it’s already showing scratches from normal use and also the plastic feet on the metal grates are scratching the metal where they rest all the time. I installed the drain baskets following the provided instructions and after a few months one side is already leaking. Cheap plastic drain baskets shouldn’t come with an expensive sink!

The sink looks great in our remodeled kitchen and has held up over the few months we've used it - i.e no scratches or dents - looks brand new. My wife and I were torn between the double or one large sink. We went with the double, and it still makes it difficult to wash large baking pans, but I like being able to separate dishes from thewashing side/area We bought the sink early and had to exchange it some 90-days later to get the smaller size. Ruvati agreed to exchange as long as we paid for return shipping. UPS priced it at > $200. I contacted Ruvati, and they sent me a shipping label at their UPS-negotiated price, which was around $80; so we were really happy to get the sink we needed for minimal cost.
