Product is sturdy. Too sturdy for my pellet stove pipe. Cable is of hard plastic that maintains the circular shape as packaged. Work for half way down 16’ of pipe. Then I couldn’t get it any further. Works well if you can get it though the entire pipe.

Don't order this is you actually need to use the full 20 feet. Unable to push around even what should be an easy 45 to go through. It is simply not rigid enough to push 20 feet and go around a bend of any kind. Holds it's coil, which is part of the issue.
