Easy assembly, mostly drop in and snap together, although they do give you extra parts in case. Wood shelves are adequate looking, much better than laminate. Great for a wall space that needs a little something to liven it up without taking up too much room.

Lesson learned. Glitch in the matrix. They never received the needed information I sent them. They are sending me the needed board as well as money off. Despite 3 months later in getting the information from me. Always double check the system sent the reply to the company. Very nice customer service. Upgraded my stars to 5. Definitely like this company!! Nice unit, decently sturdy, fairly easy to assemble. Shelf height between shelves I like, I can put cute baskets to organize. But one shelf came in split all the way across. I contacted the them, and was assured replacement was on its way, but 3 months later, still no replacement board. Would have given 4- 5 stars but for that. I don't like getting service with no word at all, no emails, no notification of part replacement being shipped out to me at all in the 3 months since I got it and promptly contacted them. ... show more
