    • Eats batteries fast and light is worthless
Initially this was awesome, but after using i've found that it eats four brand new batteries very fast, the light is basically worthless as it only comes on when you are grinding instead of before or after so you can tell where you want it, how much you need and how much you already put on your food. I would not waste your money on this. Just get a nice manual grinder and you will be much happier. ... show more

Absolutely love this set! They are excellent quality and super easy to use. No twisting and grinding, it does it all for you, and even has a light so you can see how much salt and pepper is being dispersed. Would make an excellent gift!

    • Good when it works but product was defective and customer service is HORRIBLE
I bought this product a few months ago and followed instructions in the manual. The dispenser I filled with peppercorns works great and despite slightly stopping and starting at the beginning, it stopped stalling so no problems there. I use it daily. The dispenser I put salt into (the other dispenser) has not worked from the start. It used to stall now it doesn't at all. At first, I double checked every troubleshooting issue the manual or online reviews mentioned. I changed the type of salt, the batteries twice, etc. but still it doesn't work. The reason I'm writing this review is because the customer service is absolutely atrocious. I reached out to the customer service email address provided in the manual and after more than 2 weeks, I was told they sent my request to the "relevant" team for review and I should expect a response soon. I've followed up every other week for the past 2 and a half months to no basically no response. One time, I asked for the direct address to the team that is handling my request but they just said I'd get a call. At this point, they're not responding to my requests to further escalate and out of principal, I've decided to continue following up (and leave this review to warn others). ... show more
