The controls are intuitive and easy to grasp, making it a breeze to navigate the skies even if you have little to no experience. It's stable and responsive, which is crucial when you're just starting out. Plus, the built-in GPS function adds an extra layer of confidence, ensuring you won't lose the drone even if it flies out of sight. The affordability of this drone was one of the main reasons I opted for it, and I'm thrilled to say that it doesn't compromise on quality. Flying this little marvel is an absolute blast!     • Disappointed.
I have had a few drones in the past but this one being so small i decided to give it a try. Everything started good and i started flying it in an open field about 20 ft off the ground all of the sudden the drone keep going on one direction only not responding to the controller and went straight in to a tree causing it to damage a couple of blades so i decided to replace the blades and the next day i started flying it again it was a nice day but not even 5min into the flying it did the same thing again this time it didnt damage the blades as bad just scrapes and scratches but im here wondering why a brand new deone keeps doing that. I never had any problem with the other drones in the past. Unless this one was defective somehow, who knows . ... show more

    • Drone “yeeted” itself into a fence
Edit: I’m adding 2 stars to my previous review as I was extremely impressed by the customer. For anyone who has issues with your drone I would say you have assurance that you will be taken care of. Even after refunding the drone the customer service wanted to make sure I was happy with my purchase even if I kept the drone or not. First time drone user and this didn’t make me feel good about owning a drone in the slightest. I charged all the batteries, read all the manuals, watched all the videos, and nothing prepared me for what this drone did. I ran through the setup which was fairly simple and flew on a calm day in my backyard which is fairly large with minimal obstacles. After running the calibration I slowly moved the joystick up which was meant to send the drone “up”, but instead without any wind it sent it sideways crashing into my porch. It took that hit fairly well, and I replaced it on the ground to try again. The second take off I was able to maneuver around my yard and felt pretty confident until randomly while hovering it launched itself sideways into my fence and drove itself into the ground. After smashing into the fence the app was showing that my controller disconnected. I placed the drone on the ground and tried flying it for the third time. This time I barely tapped the “up” joystick and the drone immediately shot straight up into the air and continued to ascend extremely fast and I had to fight it from going up any higher by pulling the joystick down all the way until it landed. After it landed it wouldn’t turn off, and I had to wait several minutes before it shut itself off. After looking at the reviews this seems to be a common problem, and it also seems as if the mini I received shared reviews with a better model, and I didn’t catch that detail before purchasing. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. My kid's bought me an F11 GIM2 for my birthday back in February. Never having any experience with drones, I lost it on my second attempt while camping at Mammoth. Fortunately, I was able to get a replacement at a reasonable cost from RUKO (these guys are great!). If I would have had this one, that would have never happened as it is so easy to learn and fly. The controls are very simple, which is great as it gives me more confidence while learning the basics. Love that it has all the Intelligent Flight Mode features too. It flys well and takes great photos, clear as my F11 although, video is not as stable (see video) being the camera is not on a gimble but, that's what keeps the cost down. I like that it comes with three batteries and three charging cords to be able to recharge all batteries quicker. Very compact so it stores easily. If you are a beginner like me, I highly recommend you purchase this drone before advancing to the more expensive ones. On that note, If it wasn't for me getting my F11 as a gift, I would have been very satisfied with this drone and it's performance. ... show more
