Update, these batteries did not fry my drone, but they still do not work, at least in my drone they didn't. Update: The batteries did NOT fry my drone. And without even reaching out to customor support, They reached out to me and said they would send me a new battery, free of charge. Now THAT'S service. When a company reaches out to make you happy, that is outstanding. I will be buying from Ruko again, I got my eye on their mini. My drone flys great, and that's what I wanted. Battery life is good, and the pictures and video are fantastic. I am updateing my review to 5 stars from 1 simply because of the costomer service. If you are not happy, Ruko will make you happy. And that's bot a line of bull.

The F11 battery I received was the exact battery that my drone was provided with. Unfortunately, the battery had some issues which the support team was able to resolve. The support team was outstanding in their quick response and replacement of the battery.

Manual is great and App offers amazing Logs of your flights! Replay flights and view Drone track on a map with Heading and Altitude data. Logbook records your Flight Times and Totals. App offers contact with Customer Service via Email or even a Phone Call. I was impressed with the persistence of the Support Staff to answer and completely address several operational questions that I had. Overall a great Package for the money.

After four years of use, the two batteries that came with my F11 were getting tight going in and out of the compartment (swelling) and not holding a charge as long as they once did. I considered a non Ruko branded replacement for a little less money but decided to go with the real thing. The non Ruko may have been basically the same and may even be made by the same company, who knows, but I decided to not take the chance just to save a few bucks. So far, after two months this battery works just as well as the two batteries that came with the F11 Pro when it was new. If I get four years out of this battery like the originals, I'll be satisfied.

I bought 3 of these batteries. A full charge lasts only about 8 minutes. All of them are the same I do not recommend. Edit: The manufacturer was kind enough to refund my purchase. I'll try them again.

Perfect fit for Contixo F35 drone. I hsaven’t been able to find a battery that fits and Contixo hasn’t had any stick for more than a year.
