These batteries are GREAT! They've outlasted my Traxxas batteries that cost $70/battery by far and at 2 for $65 they're a MUCH better value. Did have to buy a couple adapters to convert the female dean's connector to a female Traxxas which were about $5-10 for a 5pk of em. They barely fit in my Slash Ultimate 4x4 without modifications but they did fit. Will likely be buying more soon. As shown in the pic I colored the + side of the connector red with a paint marker so I didn't accidentally connect it backwards. That's the only thing that could be a problem, they can be connected wrong if you're not paying attention. Other than that these are a much better value than the Traxxas batteries I've wasted a couple hundred $ on, every one of which has swollen and will no longer charge (I'd be nervous if they did at this point because they'd likely catch fire!). Highly recommend these Ovonics batteries!!

I cant rate longevity because I just received these batteries and it is the reason I havent given a better longetivity rating. I have use each of the 2 batteries twice. No issues with running them. They fit fairly tight in my traxxas truck. But snug is good! Each charge lasts a fair amount of time compared to the old school NiCad battery packs that seemed to die very quick! I havent timed myself to see how long the battery last. But I'm gonna throw 15 minutes or maybe 20. That also varies depending on where you drive the rc car or truck. If its grass in the front yard it takes a bit more power! Pavement and more solid stuff they last a bit longer. And for the record the traxxas truck I run has a brushless motor. If you have never used LiPo batteries I strongly suggest you watch some how to youtube videos before you purchase these batteries. If you are not careful with these batteries they can be extremely dangerous. So please make sure you understand how to charge and store these batteries properly. And I highly suggest getting the fireproof little storage bags for these. These also take a special charger for charging LiPo batteries. The charger must be able to balance the cells as they charge.

If you're looking to buy this for an Arrma RC car like the 3S BLX series, be careful of the dimensions. This will NOT fit in a stock chassis of something such as a Big Rock. It is too long. Not only is this 3S 5000mah battery shorter in height than the 8000mah one by Ovonic, it's longer - yes longer. So it won't fit in the battery try unless you took a big spill like I did and knocked out the piece of the chassis that holds the battery in place, limiting its physical size capacity. Unfortunately, you'll have to look elsewhere for fitment into an Arrma Big Rock rc car. I assume the other battery trays in the other 3S BLX series is the same, but I do not know for certain. Just make sure you take your measurements before you buy this. The physical dimension isn't really a fault of the battery, so review is still 5 stars as far as everything else. Packaged nicely as typical of Ovonic batteries. Graphics look superb but how about the performance and build quality. Wires are nice and thick. Not sure of the gauge, but it's nothing I'd be concerned about. Oversized if anything. Punch on it is enough to kick up a wheelie on the stock Arrma Big Rock which is quite heavy, so no complaints on that end. I purchased this two pack and don't regret it. Might be getting more for a 6S rig in the future.

Work great in series configuration on my Arrma Typhon 6S to get the 6S voltage needed for best performance. They are a bit longer than I'd like for the typhon and just barely clear the rear arms. Also the balance plug is kind of bulky which doesn't allow it to fit into the balance plug protector on the typhon but it also makes it much easier to unplug from the charger than a typical balance plug. Not a huge deal as I am able to tuck it in with the main wires when in the RC Car to protect the balance leads. Just bashing with the car for reference.

Got these for my Arms Mojave but not even 5mind there low..wish they could last longer....also feel like I wasted money on these!don't have video to prove it.but even my buddy ask did or aren't those full charged fresh pack I tell tell yes but it really does last!and on my trx4 crawler it somewhat does good
