My dog didn't care for the flavor when I first introduced to him. Has a strong "greens" smell to it. But was able to mask the flavor and sent easily with his salmon oil. Now he licks his bowl clean. His overall health has improved as well as his motion and energy. He's a 7yr old Boxer/rott mix.

I have used this product before so I am familiar with the normal odor. Beware if you purchase this and there is anything wrong with the batch, they give you no recourse. Returns are not allowed and there is no way to contact them. This product is too expensive to take a chance on. Very bad business practice. The ingredients were impressive. It is expensive. Totally looks like the green powders you would use to make smoothies. It didn't smell appealing and my dogs agreed. They did not like it at all. I tried mixing it with all sorts of things and they could smell it. No go.

    • Multiple people have said my 8 year old dog acts like a puppy.

At first, I tried the subscription model for this. But the product ended up piling up, and it was way too much. And even though it ends up costing more per ounce to buy one package at a time, it turns out to be the best option. My dog has always been a picky eater. Sometimes she eats all her food, but others she only eats part of it. Since using Ruff Greens, she almost always eats every scrap of her food. And within a couple hours, I'll see her licking the bowl. And here's the best part. I found Lucy on the side of the highway over 8 years ago as a puppy. So she's probably about 8 1/2 or 9 years old. And when people hear her age, they're amazed. Multiple people have said she looks and acts like a puppy. She hasn't lost a bit of speed when she runs. If she doesn't want to get caught, you will never catch her. I'm extremely satisfied with this product and will continue to buy it for my dog. ... show more
