    • Don’t waste your money
Size: Variety - 16 Pack
Thin plastic and after sending back the first time for missing pieces the second delivery has all the pieces with some broken beyond repair. Over priced you could do better with a good sale at a brick and mortar.

    • parts missing bad Customer service
Size: Variety - 16 Pack
Revised as they say they emailed me each time if reached out, i have search the trash files even the deeper trash and there are no emails from CREO, the division the handles this. I did get an email yesterday that the replacement lids have shipped. that email made it to my inbox. The containers arrived without the lids. These aren't Rubbermaid products and they will direct you to call United Solutions. I called them and United Solutions referred me to fill out the online form, which would be attended to in 48 hrs. Filled out the form, never heard from them, filled out another form, still no contact and no lids. If they can't supply the lids, they shouldn't ship the product. If you don't handle these matters by phone, don't have Rubbermaid supply the phone number. Now I have to take the return to a drop location, more time wasted. Buy another brand ! ... show more

    • Missing parts, unresponsive support
Size: Variety - 16 Pack
The container set arrived without half of the lids - Amazon referred me to Rubbermaid who then referred me to the manufacturer who did not respond to requests for replacement. It appears to be a common issue, since "missing lids" is its own option on the manufacturer's support page. I would not recommend this set, since half of the bins are functionally useless for stacking or storage without lids and the support is non-existent. ... show more
