I got this for my daughter's BSA campouts, which involve a lot of stuff. I had it pretty full and was able to comfortably shoulder it for a half mile from the parking lot to the tents, but two people could carry it with more comfort. I wish the handles allowed fingers to get a deeper grip, because one person could drag it across grassy areas with ease. Where you put the padlock on is not as friendly of an area as I would have preferred, but I didn't need to struggle too much, and my daughter got the hang of it quickly as well. The chest felt pretty secure once the lock was attached. I like that it's just a big empty space inside, so that I can choose how much or little I want to divvy it up. You could fit many different sizes of boxes/drawers/whatever inside to suit your needs. Since our needs for campouts don't translate to a lot of dividers, we just put bigger, heavier things on the bottom and worked our way up. When it was time to come home, everything went back in without issue. The price was great, and I was glad we didn't need to get something more specialized and/or heavy-duty. ... show more

Honestly these containers are extraordinary, they have survived multiple moves, being tossed into the back of a truck for camping and anything you need a container for. Handles that come molded are a tad small but hey that's my only complaint

I've had for 2.5 years now (I paid $68 in January 2021!)... this thing is a beast. I wanted it for the trunk of my VW - it fits but then opening it up was impossible due to the design of the trunk lid (of the car)... so it has been my adult toy box for camping gear and other things. Gets somewhat regular use and has withstood the test well enough for me. I would buy again, but not at current pricing. It's worth half that at best.... no more than $70 in my opinion (based on owning dozens of tubs like this) ... show more
