My husband absolutely loved this for Fathers Day! Recommendations for the future though ... I ordered this to be delivered on Friday when he wasnt home. It was unexpectedly delivered on Thursday. There was no notice, no usual text message saying your product is out for delivery, or your product has been delivered. He sends me a picture while I'm at work saying look what I got in the mail today! Was pretty disappointing to not be able to have the kids give it to him and see his face on Fathers Day. Would like to be notified if my product is being delivered early. But nonetheless the product is amazing! ... show more

This cooler keeps ice all weekend even in 90 degree summer heat. Not sure what I expected but I did take off 1 star, because a down side of this cooler is the weight. Once this thing is loaded with ice, drinks and food, don’t even think about trying to moving it. It weighs a TON

Put a sleeve of ice in on Tuesday and headed camping for a week. When we came back on Sunday the ice that had melted was still extremely cold and there was still ice left in unopen bags! The fatty part of my uncooked chicken was still frozen after being in a cooler for days in a heat wave!!!!! BEST money I have spent! Took the cooler out for the first time after being delivered, and before noon it was 87 degrees, not hot by any means. Came back to to the cooler and noticed the lid was completely warped! The top was warm to the touch and the inside of the cooler was cool. I’m not sure what the problem is but our 110 has sat in weather well above 100 degrees and I have never had any issues ... show more

Product arrived early and performs as advertised. But there were some cosmetic issues with the placement of the sticker and one the corners is slightly up turned so that the gap around the lid is a little uneven.

    • Don’t have it in Texas, clearly the lid just isn’t durable enough for average Texas heat (95-105)
Well it great looks good and everything would have been 5 stars but then a month of having it in Texas, keeping it in the bed of my truck everyday the lid it warped from just being out side it looks like a banana and I can’t even find a email number or anything to talk to rtic and see if they can help fix the issue or anything ... show more
