If you are tired of using cheap ice chests that wont keep ice for more than a day and the hinges break the first time used then buy you some rtics. They're tough and keep ice very well. Put a sleeve of ice in on Tuesday and headed camping for a week. When we came back on Sunday the ice that had melted was still extremely cold and there was still ice left in unopen bags! The fatty part of my uncooked chicken was still frozen after being in a cooler for days in a heat wave!!!!! BEST money I have spent! Bought this ice chest about 3 years ago and the lid started to warp. Small at first then large enough to create a gap in the seal. The real troubling part is the company refused to honor their 5 year warranty policy that is clearly written on their web site. They claimed some confusing changes to the policy that were not on the web site. Not a good customer experience at all. I guess I'll be a Yeti customer from now on. ... show more

My husband absolutely loved this for Fathers Day! Recommendations for the future though ... I ordered this to be delivered on Friday when he wasnt home. It was unexpectedly delivered on Thursday. There was no notice, no usual text message saying your product is out for delivery, or your product has been delivered. He sends me a picture while I'm at work saying look what I got in the mail today! Was pretty disappointing to not be able to have the kids give it to him and see his face on Fathers Day. Would like to be notified if my product is being delivered early. But nonetheless the product is amazing! ... show more
