I searched for a while and this was the perfect find. It’s great quality and looks nice. The black glass table top was a surprise and beautiful. Instructions were clear. It did take me a Saturday and Sunday to put it all together. It was painful mentally with the amount of pieces and my poor fingers from the Allen wrench but I don’t think anything else out there would be less painful to put together. Only disappointment is that the back of the couch is short, awkwardly short. You will definitely sit up properly on this…leaning back is not an option but again I don’t think it would be on other sets out their either. This is a very nice sofa for the $. Packaging is very tight. A few items were gently damaged by the sleek packaging yet the customer service was excellent and went above and beyond to make it right. If you buy this, I have advice. If you use the enclosed allen wrench & tool to assemble, it will take all day. We were very impressed by this patio furniture purchase! The instructions were detailed and the furniture pieces went together without a hitch. Our only difficulty was the sliding drawer for the fire pit's propane tank. The rails were exactly one inch too far apart and impossible to keep connected. Nevertheless, this is a fine product to enhance any entertainer's deck. All items are sturdy, light weight and elegant. When I received my set the wind guard was not in with the set. But the customer service was right on it and within 3 days I had one. Very sturdy furniture but we get a lot of wind here and it does move the furniture around and toss it upside down in some cases. I will tie them together next winter for sure. The media could not be loaded. This patio furniture is so much nicer than my previous set which this replaced. The rattan is a much better quality than on my previous set, and because this furniture is so well-made and properly engineered it was a breeze to assemble. Also, the assembly instructions in their manual were quite clear and helpful. It was impressive that they sent additional screws, bolts and miscellaneous parts in case you lost an item or miss placed it. The cushions are well-made and quite comfortable. The fire pit is beautiful and lights perfectly every time. The inclusion of the glass shield, which is provided to protect the flames from the wind was a nice, classy addition. I have also found that any communication with the company’s support staff has been very prompt and very helpful. My wife and I are both extremely happy with this purchase and we would highly recommend this company‘s product to anybody.
