I have purchased quite a few of these frames, mostly 11"x14", but some smaller. I don't look at other brands anymore because I know I can count on these. Sadly, some other sellers lie and refer to the covering as "glass" when it isn't. These ARE glass and nice glass at that. The frame is also real wood, not plastic, which gives them a classier look. Still, they are reasonably priced. I've not received one that was damaged in shipping, another plus for how they package their product. I have been working in soft pastels lately and it is important to frame anything I want to keep and to use glass. Without framing, the pastel dust will fall off and the colors fade. Glass is better than plastic to avoid static electricity. If you want to preserve or gift your art or photos, these are the frames to use. ... show more

Love this frame. Well beyond my expectations based on the price. It really looks great and is sturdy and well designed. No assembly required - simply unpack, remove the strudy backing, insert photo, replace backing and hang. It can be hung either vertically or horizontally which a huge plus. The backing is one of the best I've ever used - simply rotate 6 secure fasteners to remove and secure back. Not sure why many others make this so hard and poorly designed. I got the 11x14 and it can be used for an image that size or as I used it, with the mat for an 8x10. And the mat really enhances the look, but either way would look great. And it also comes with a glass or plastic front and again I really can't tell which it is. Probably plastic due to lighter weight. Very nice. The frames come in various sizes and colors and I got the brown one, which actually looks like maple or similar wood, even though it's plastic. I think it is - I really can't tell. Very nice look. It came the next day from Amazon and was well packaged, even though the frame was in a box from manufacturer that was very sturdy and secure. ... show more

I purchased this frame in 11x14 in November 2023 in and found it to be excellent quality for the price. When we received another print as a gift, it was a no-brainer to purchase the same frame in 16x20. The 16x20 version looks great and I'm happy with the quality for the price. Very nice for the price. Our only problem was there isn't enough thickness in the frame to accommodate a thicker or double mat; we improvised by using a framer's dart setter so it ended well.
