First I would say pay attention to your selection, as the 3 filling options are described and even pictured in the descriptions. We bought the "winter," which is described as 70 oz. fill weight. They go down from there. So if you're looking at the main pic but ordering the thinner comforter, no, it's not going to be similar. That being said, even the winter doesn't quite match the fullness in the main pic. We spread it out for 24 hours then tossed it in the dryer on air fluff for 20 min. Yes, it is very good quality, very comfortable, and I love the semi-heavy weight. You can see how fluffy it looks folded in half on top of my pretty flat quilt. But it's not just inches thick or anything when laid out, like in the main pic. Maybe there's a hack I don't know about to fluff it up like that.

I’m astounded at how small of a bag this comforter comes in, because MAN it gets big. I looked at what felt like hundreds of different options just like this one on Amazon, and I got scared away from many of them by many people’s photos of underwhelming “fluff” and wrinkles. This comforter, though, is awesome! It’s heavy, it’s thick, it’s a nice texture, it’s well filled, and it’s super warm. Some people are complaining that it’s stinky but… it only gets a little smelly while it’s still wet and it goes away as soon as it’s dry. Also the fluffiness took at LEAST a day to really get settled. My only complaint is that it can be a little loud and crunchy if you move around in the middle of the night. But it is excellent.

We've had this for a year now and my only complaint was the way it never quite fit into the duvet cover properly. I thought at first that we purchased a cheap one that wasn't sewn properly, but no. After purchasing a more expensive duvet, I realized the comforter itself doesn't measure out to be a true king size. While it's wide enough to fit in the top two corners, it's lacking a good 12-14" on the bottom and does NOT fit properly into the other two corners, leaving a lot of duvet with nothing in it. Wished I would have noticed it then and sent it back for another. A mistake I will not make again. Original review: Keep in mind that these are vacuum packed and every bit of air sucked out for shipping. That said, we put it on the guestroom bed for a few days and gave it a good fluffing every day until it looked like the picture. We did put a duvet cover on it and it's cozy warm. Great price too!

I did what the review’s recommended and let it fluff and put it in the dryer for a few mins. It puffed up nicely. It’s does have a small crinkle sound but less than other down comforters I’ve had. I bought the winter and it is very warm! It has the effect of a weighted blanket which helps me sleep! I’m not sure I will tolerate it when the weather is hot. But maybe I’ll buy the lightweight one! It would be worth it.

When I first ordered this product it was for a lower price, but unfortunately the first order got lost in the mail. Luckily I was able to get a refund but not at the same price. I absolutely love the comforter I just wish I didn’t have to pay more for the product a second time. The comforter is big fluffy and so warm. I absolutely love it.

I purchased this blanket used-like new after going down the research rabbit hole regarding comforters, and specifically what to shop for when purchasing an animal-derived winter comforter. Long story short, a wool comforter is the most sustainable/ethical way to go, but it was out of my price range. Duck down is more economical than goose, and the warmth factor is not compromised. My blanket puffed up after 60 min on no-heat dry, and one extra day just on the bed. It's lovely and oh-so-comfy and soft. Would purchase again.
