These sheets are cute (I got the grey striped) and not too heavy. However I live with fibro and need something much softer. These sheets are kind of crisp and scratchy. I guess it's true that you get what you pay for. I'm hopeful that they will soften after a few more washes. In the meantime I can't use the pillow case at all. It's too scratchy on my face. I bought 2 sets of these sheets. They are thick and as stated, I washed them and they are not wrinkled and did not shrink. The elastic is stitched in all the way around the fitted sheet. The pillow cases are roomy, as well. There is nothing I can say against these sheets. They are top quality and at a low cost. For the price this is the sheet you would get, crunchyish and low thread count. That being said it works, you can sleep on it, and it is cotton. Maybe it will soften up over time? I definitely wouldn't want this as a pillow case but I don't mind it on the bed as I wear PJs..but if you sleep naked it might not be the one for you ... show more
