I contacted the seller and told them it was my fault. They sent us a replacement piece without charge. I chose this stand because there are some soft brown shades in addition to the gray. It looks beautiful. I am very happy. On the color - Some of similar pieces come with a cold light gray. This color has soft brown and gray together (no variegated.) Heavy duty piece of furniture with a very nice price! I’m guessing that if you were to buy this piece already assembled it would be a little pricey and with good reason. It was pretty easy to assemble but did take me a couple hours as I was the only one building it. I love it! It matches everything and came well shipped. First it arrived early so yay, no damaged or missing pieces, they went the extra mile for safety with a strap to prevent it from tipping over with small children, all parts are of good quality, it looks amazing!
