Best purchase I’ve made. Took a bit of time putting together as a 1 man team but as a person who loves to assemble stuff like this i had so much fun. The instructions were very clear. I think one part may not be updated but it was simple to figure out. Haven’t tried the heating element yet but will be updated when I do!! For the price, 100% worth it! Update on heating element: just as amazing as the rest of it. Heated my whole living room in a small matter of time and the fan goes quite far which is really nice for having a longer living room. Absolutely in love with this purchase !

This was an awful buy. The parts did not go together so my hubby and I could not put it together. The instructions are very vague and when we contacted the seller they kept asking us what was wrong with the item. We kept telling them what was wrong and they demanded to see pictures of what was wrong. We sent them pictures and told them and they continuously acted as if they didn’t understand what we were talking about. Then they offered to give us only a percentage of what we had paid to resolve the issue (really!!!!! )that we NEVER received . Please don’t waste your money on this product !!!

Beautiful TV stand! I love the fireplace and the options to change colors. It was very easy to put together, I was able to do most of it by myself, but due to a very fragile part snapping, I needed my dad to step in and help. That was poor engineering, I think, I dont think that part should have gone on the way it did, it was far to thin and flimsy to bear as much pressure as it was. We glued it and covered it in some putty to color match the best we can, it's not too noticeable but I'm still not thrilled about it. That aside, the rest was a breeze, it went together pretty quick! The instructions are very clear and easy to understand, all parts are very clearly labeled, and they even provide a magnetic tipped screwdriver for you! When it first arrived, two important structural parts were broken, likely due to the rough and careless handling from the delivery driver. It was a rainy day and the box was very heavy, so the driver just plopped it down on the side of my porch and left it to get rained on. I had to drag it inside and hope none of it got water damaged. Luckily it didn't! But one part was completely snapped in half while another was cracked from top to bottom. Amazon customer support would only give me a partial refund and said I could reach out to the company themselves for replacement parts, so I did. I sent them a picture of the broken parts, but there was a miscommunication and they thought only one part was broken so they only sent one replacement part. We got that corrected and they promptly sent out the other part, but it got lost, so they resent it but that one got damaged before it even made it to me, so they resent it AGAIN, and that one finally got here the other day. I ordered this back in early September, mind you! FedEx has been a nightmare to deal with, if they handled their packages more carefully, all of this could've been avoided in the first place! RoyalCraft's customer support has been excellent though, they've been so kind throughout all of this, I'm so happy to finally have my TV stand built! I added LED lights to the top section of the stand where I have all my game consoles and cut extra cord holes in the back panel since it only comes with the one big one in the center. It doesn't come with LEDs! I've seen some similar TV stands that do, which is what inspired me to get some. I love it, im really happy with it over all. It's been a long journey, but I'm glad it's finally over and I can enjoy it!

We bought one because our son has the same one different color and we thought it was beautiful! We wanted something with a modern look but real wood and went through two other tv stands over the last few years. The quality of the wood is really good.

Absolutely beautiful product, Love the stand and fireplace they look even better in person. Very easy to assemble as the instructions are very detailed. They both look great and make the room complete and comfy. Although I did have a delivery issue where the fireplace didn’t get shipped out at the same time, I contacted the support team and they were very helpful and patient even though I was a little mad. they shipped out the fireplace and even compensated me for the trouble. Very professional and ready to please their customers!
