It has quite a bit of pieces so it can take a little longer to put together. Sometimes the directions aren’t entirely clear but I was able to figure it out. There were a couple pieces that had some damage however they aren’t clearly visible. Now that it’s all put together I absolutely love it. It’s super cute, the fireplace can be used with or without heat & you can’t beat the price.

Beautiful TV stand! I love the fireplace and the options to change colors. It was very easy to put together, I was able to do most of it by myself, but due to a very fragile part snapping, I needed my dad to step in and help. That was poor engineering, I think, I dont think that part should have gone on the way it did, it was far to thin and flimsy to bear as much pressure as it was. We glued it and covered it in some putty to color match the best we can, it's not too noticeable but I'm still not thrilled about it. That aside, the rest was a breeze, it went together pretty quick! The instructions are very clear and easy to understand, all parts are very clearly labeled, and they even provide a magnetic tipped screwdriver for you! When it first arrived, two important structural parts were broken, likely due to the rough and careless handling from the delivery driver. It was a rainy day and the box was very heavy, so the driver just plopped it down on the side of my porch and left it to get rained on. I had to drag it inside and hope none of it got water damaged. Luckily it didn't! But one part was completely snapped in half while another was cracked from top to bottom. Amazon customer support would only give me a partial refund and said I could reach out to the company themselves for replacement parts, so I did. I sent them a picture of the broken parts, but there was a miscommunication and they thought only one part was broken so they only sent one replacement part. We got that corrected and they promptly sent out the other part, but it got lost, so they resent it but that one got damaged before it even made it to me, so they resent it AGAIN, and that one finally got here the other day. I ordered this back in early September, mind you! FedEx has been a nightmare to deal with, if they handled their packages more carefully, all of this could've been avoided in the first place! RoyalCraft's customer support has been excellent though, they've been so kind throughout all of this, I'm so happy to finally have my TV stand built! I added LED lights to the top section of the stand where I have all my game consoles and cut extra cord holes in the back panel since it only comes with the one big one in the center. It doesn't come with LEDs! I've seen some similar TV stands that do, which is what inspired me to get some. I love it, im really happy with it over all. It's been a long journey, but I'm glad it's finally over and I can enjoy it!

The coating is very thin and fragile that any handling of the material causes it to crack as seen around areas where screws are put in. Pieces were received damaged as well on several board ends causing chipping of the coating. Also the boards are thin and fragile that one broke just in securing it in place. The instructions are not specific in listing steps 1,2 and 3, etc but just showing a picture of everything in the step which makes it easy to miss a step. Customer Service was fantastic with sending me a replacement part that had broke during assembly. They responded quickly to my review and offered the replacement. The replacement part had a much better quality than the one initially received.

When I received my package I opened it to find there was no fireplace I instantly contacted the seller they said they would send one out still never received a tracking number or the fireplace obviously great product looks great stands strong easy to build but I need my fireplace
