This bike arrived a day earlier than expected. We purchased the 16" Stargirl bike. Although the package was not damaged on the outside, the packing materials did not hold all the parts in place during shipping. There was, however, no damage to the bike. It's very easy to assemble. In fact, most of the bike is already assembled. All the tools you need are included. The main parts to add are: seat, handlebars, pedals, reflectors, and either training wheels or kickstand. All these are included in the instructions. What's not described is how to attach the basket, the bell, and the streamers. Assembly for these is pretty obvious, but it would be nice to have this included in the instructions. The tires did need to be inflated. I used the electric pump that I use for my car tires. I think my granddaughter will enjoy her new bike. ... show more
