Purchased as a gift for granddaughter. It was shipped and arrived as stated. The only complaint was the seat on the bike was had to keep tight, and it would move around. Had to add extra hardware to lock it down. Otherwise it was as described.

Someone from royal baby please contact me. The bike I was sent has 1 handbrake and coaster brakes. So the pedals dont spin backwards freely as was written. The pictures and description shows 2 hand brakes and states that there are no coaster brakes. This is not accurate.

    • Nowhere for reflectors to attach

This is my first time buying an unassembled bike. It was not terribly difficult to assemble but the instructions were not best. The reflectors do not fit anywhere on the bike. I attached the front one to the handlebars but it’s hidden by the basket. The rear one I was unable to attach in any form. It also does not come with dual hand brakes. It gives instructions for a kickstand but there isn’t one included. Wish the handlebars were able to be raised a little higher than what the highest setting is. We currently have them at the highest height and the seat maybe 1.5 inches high and it fits ok but when the seat is fully raised it will be too awkward to reach the bars. Next bike we buy will be just a standard already assembled one from Walmart or such ... show more
