Enjoy your summer 🌴arrived in brand new in the box larger than I thought easy to clean than normal grills and put vegetables don't have to worry about them falling inside. I am going to try pork chops and steaks not chicken ( unless boneless).

The cooking surface is heavier than I expected ... a big plus. I washed and seasoned it following the directions. No problem with sticking so far...but I have't tried it with eggs or pancakes. It was easy to set up and all burners lit first try with the igniter. It works great for my purposes...mostly meat and veggies. Slightly uneven heat on surface, but manageable once you learn the hot spots. I do recommend pre heating on high and lowering heat to cook. Easy to clean...I put a small stainless container of water on one corner of the griddle to heat while I'm cooking. When I remove the food, and while it is still hot, I just pour a small amount of the hot water on the surface and scrape it into the receptacle with a silicon spatula. Then just wipe off the surface with paper towels. No need to re-season if you don't use soap. I have not used metal utensils at all...don't want to risk a scratch. The grease receptacle is easy to empty and wash for the next use. I watched LOTS of videos of guys cooking on all brands of "flat top" grills. Lots of good tips, techniques and recipes there. My favorite is to push the fat outside edge of a steak up against the lip of the griddle to brown it perfectly. I'd recommend this griddle to anyone who likes meat, but not the smell or mess when cooking inside. Another reason to have a propane griddle...if we have another power black out this winter, we still have a way to cook that doesn't involve building a fire. Keep in mind that this is ONLY for cooking outdoors...NOT inside your home. BTW I am a woman who does not enjoy grilling, but I do love this flat top grill. ... show more

Love this! Only complaint is I bought this “like new “. Which was a generous appraisal on amazons part. It had a number of scratches and dings and should have had a better price drop. Decided to keep it anyway, as all that was cosmetic.

I love it, I cooked 10lbs of sausage on it right off and now I it's everything, I just love it, it has lots of cooking room, I recommend it for anyone that doesn't want to spend hundreds of a stand up one.

So far I love this thing, its fit and finish is great and it even looks good. I did just as the instructions said and did 3 full, heat & cool season cycles with spray oil. It is the most non stick griddle I've ever used, after each cook I thoroughly clean it with just water and a soft griddle brush while it's still hot, then I oil it with spray, wipe with napkin where it's just a thin layer of oil left, once it starts to slightly smoke shut it off to cool. The burners are fantastic, the igniter hits all 3 burners at once every single time, has not failed me once on that! Very even cooking, my buddy is upset he bought the 17in Blackstone with one burner, he said this is far better after cooking his breakfast on it, my dad said it heats more even than his 22' Blackstone and is more non stick. Most bad reviews on these coated griddles are simply improper use, they can be non forgiving. This griddle gets alot hotter than you should ever need to cook on, DO NOT turn this griddle on the highest setting then just leave it there.. its good to heat it up fast then turn the burners down to half heat. If you have patience for the maintenance this griddle is a steal, also the big propane tank hook up is a major plus ... show more

The second time i went to clean up after using this, the handle to the grease drawer broke right off! Is there any way to get a replacement drawer or anything? Works well otherwise.
